How can I book my bike and services?


It’s simple! Choose your favorite bike on the web site and click “Check Availability”. Fill up the form with the info required, your comments and send. We will reply within 24 hours confirming availability, cost and condition. Once you accept our offer, we will send you pre-payment instructions. Keep it easy, get one of our top bikes!




How can I pay for my reservation?


You can pay by Credit card or bank transfer. If you want to pay cash at pick up, we will need a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.




Can I cancel my reservation?


You can cancel for free until 30 days before the reservation.

From 29 to 15 days, you will be charged 15% of the reservation.

From 14 to 7 days, you will be charged 35% of the reservation.

From 6 to 1 day, you will be charged 50% of the reservation.




Where do I pick up and drop off my bike?


You can pick up and drop off your bike at our base (we will let you know the address after you book).

Alternatively, we can deliver and pick up the bike where ever you prefer. There will be an extra cost depending on the Distance.

Here few examples:

  • Milano Malpensa Airport and Varese area: 30 euro per trip
  • Lake MaggioreLake Como: 50 euro per trip
  • 50100km from our base: 75 euro per trip




What time can I pick up-drop off the bike?


We are very flexible with timing, but generally we operate from 8.30 am till 7 pm. Just let us know your plans early in advance so that we can arrange everything in time.




Can I rent more than one bike?


Of course, we also have special offers for groups starting from 4 bikes. Ask for a group rate here!




Do I need to bring my pedals, saddle or any other bike part?


We recommend you bring your own pedals to make sure that your shoes-cleats work perfectly.

In case you have troubles bringing your own pedals, you can hire Shimano or Look Keo from us for 5 euro per day. Don’t forget to mention that in your booking.

All the bikes have a high quality Prologo Saddle, but you might feel more comfortable riding on your own seat.




How can I choose the correct size?


You can simply look at the size chart next to the bike and find your correct measure.

Or just download our smart bike fit form, fill it with your personal info and send back to us. We will reply with the recommended size for you and bikes availability.

We are happy to help you with this, as the right size is essential for a good ride.




Is the bike ready to go at the pick up?


The bike will be ready with correct tire pressure and a saddle bag with Puncture kit (tube-Co2-adapter-tire levers).




What happens if the I have a mechanical problem during my ride?


If you have a major mechanical problem during the ride, such as a broken chain, wheel damage or similar, please call our emergency mobile number: +393405040368

We will let you know how to proceed and help you solve the problem so that you can continue your ride!




What happens if the bike get damaged or stolen?


You are fully responsible of any damage to the bike. We tolerate minor scratches due to normal use of the bike. In case of broken parts (components or frame) we will have to charge you the cost of the reparation. Pleae be carefull as the replacement parts of an high end bike can be very expensive. In case of loss of the bike (theft) we will have to charge the cost of the bike as per its market value. Please note that our bikes are top end and have an high cost. We strongly recommend you purchase a travel insurance that can cover this sad accidents.
